There are 6 major areas we have access to specialized set skills and experiences in providing services to investors and clients. Each client will receive a complimentary Investor's Lifeguard session to help them identify their investment profile and how we can assist them further. 1) Property Buyer's Advocacy

Our access to specialized team of Buyers Advocate will help take the hassle of searching for the right property for you at the right price & at the right time to meet your investment plan and criteria. We often have access to properties that have yet to hit the list, and we will get the property at or below the listed price. If the property is overpriced, we will tell you so, so you are aware and will be making the purchase with your eyes and ears open, not closed. Most of our clients are looking for residential property either as their Primary Place of Residence or Investment Properties.  We are also able to source commercial and industrial buildings for the more cashed up clients.



2) Purchasing of Distressed Developments Sites/Projects   

We often have access across distressed mortgagee sales of development projects that we believe are undervalued and has great potential. These deals are most often not found in the retail market as it comes from our insider's close circle of contacts who are well established in the property arena. Each of the sites that we undertake will have a clearly laid out exit strategy and most of them would be nearing completion or will be purchased way below the market value. Most of these projects are sound projects, however given the current Financial Climate, a lot of these developers ended up facing financial difficulty and are forced to liquidate their projects. This is where we come in for the upwards gain on behalf of our clients. We have access to and is able to assist in tailoring deals to suit a specific investor's development profile. We will take time to understand your investment profile and what you intend to achieve prior to providing our recommendations. This is to ensure we provide valuable recommendations on how you can profit from these undertakings as again we thrill in helping our clients gain more wealth and experiences.



3) Property Management & Control Group

We understand that to complete or undertake a development project can be very tough and demanding, especially for the developer to be or novice developer. Therefore, we are able to offer access to property management & control group services where we assist and work on the Client's behalf in managing the Project Manager, Builders, Trades and just about any other consultants involved in bringing the project to completion. Our Job is to ensure the project runs smoothly and our team has over 50 years of experience running big development and refurbishment projects in landmark developments around Australia
.



4) Private Equity Funding Opportunity as the Investor

This is a Short Term Cash on Cash deal with clear exit strategy on take out, providing our investors with access to high yielding monthly interest returns. Both the investment capital and interests returns are secured against Australian property acting as collateral, hence minimizing the risk. We have had 100% success rate in the last 4 years of operations due to the strict due diligence criteria we pride ourselves in as we aim for quality of the deal not quantity. Despite the current economical climate, this is the financial sector where we are growing most rapidly in the last financial year and we believe will continue to grow stronger as with the tightening of the financial market by the major bank lenders, private funding are becoming more in demand.



5) Mortgage and Financial Services

We are able to assist in providing access to residential, commercial, industrial and development loans and we have access to a large panel of Bank and non-Bank Lenders. We are able to assist investors with your Mortgage & Financial needs to help select the best loans for you.



6) Private Equity Funds for Borrowers

For those Developers or Business Owners who require urgent momentarily "stop-gap" funds in a short turnaround time,  we are able to assist in providing access to those funds, provided there is appropriate security and exit strategy identified for the returns of these funds in the set duration of time.
